Access ELM resources through your local public library's Web site. Select your library/library system
from the list, and follow the instructions provided at the library's Web site. You may be prompted to
enter your library card's bar code number and, in some cases, a corresponding PIN/password to access
the ELM resources. ELM resources are also available through the library or media center at all schools,
colleges and universities, and state government agencies.
